Installed over an existing system.
- Branding on the side only or can it be on the top as well? The branding position is changeable. It can press from the side of the crown or come straight down on the center.
- What is the flow rate? That depends on the bun configuration, the brand time, brand time is driven by darkness of imprint and moisture content of the surface area. 10,000 is the speed of the last system installed
- What is the branding tool cleaning system and cycle times? The cleaning is done at the end of shift with a wire brush. The heads pivot outward for access. No real data on how often cleaning is really done.
- How are the buns grouped for branding? In this unit they are in clusters of four. There are two lanes that hold 12 buns each. As one side is loaded the other side is branding.
